Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be longer during major product releases, sales events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

Zenith TCG ships orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers as needed.

We reserve the right to use an equivalent or upgraded shipping service when appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect addresses, refused packages, or returned shipments may be the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of Loss

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and transportation are outside of Zenith TCG's control.

Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations and monitor tracking information closely.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, customers must contact Zenith TCG within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

We may request photographs of packaging, shipping labels, and product condition in order to investigate a claim.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

In-Store Pickup

Customers selecting in-store pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Government-issued identification may be required when collecting an order.

Orders not picked up within 30 days may be cancelled and refunded as store credit.


Refund & Return Policy

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization from Zenith TCG.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when Zenith TCG shipped an incorrect item.


Trading Card Game Products

Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card game products, all sales of sealed trading card products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Booster Packs
  • Booster Boxes
  • Elite Trainer Boxes
  • Bundles
  • Collection Boxes
  • Starter Decks
  • Structure Decks
  • Commander Decks
  • Preconstructed Products
  • Promotional Products
  • Trading Card Game Displays

Returns or exchanges may only be considered if:

  • The incorrect item was shipped
  • The item was substantially damaged prior to delivery
  • Required by applicable law

Randomized Product Disclaimer

Trading card game products contain randomized contents determined by the manufacturer.

Zenith TCG does not guarantee pull rates, card distribution, serialized cards, chase cards, rarity distribution, promotional card availability, or the presence of any specific card within a sealed product.

Purchases of sealed products are made with the understanding that contents are random and may vary.

Sealed Product Condition

Minor cosmetic imperfections to shrink wrap, seals, corners, packaging, manufacturer labels, or outer product boxes do not constitute damage eligible for return or replacement.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, sealed products are sold for gameplay and collecting purposes and are not guaranteed to meet third-party grading or sealed-collection standards.

Manufacturer Defects

Missing cards, printing defects, collation issues, packaging errors, or other manufacturing defects are generally the responsibility of the product manufacturer.

Zenith TCG may assist customers in contacting the manufacturer but is not responsible for manufacturing errors.


Singles

All single card sales are final.

Zenith TCG grades cards according to its interpretation of applicable industry standards, including TCGplayer condition guidelines where appropriate.

Customers who believe a card was materially misgraded must contact Zenith TCG within 7 days of delivery.

Any determination regarding condition disputes shall be made solely by Zenith TCG.


Supplies, Accessories, and Merchandise

Unopened supplies, accessories, apparel, and merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be unopened
  • Include original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

Opened products are not eligible for return unless defective.


Board Games and Non-TCG Products

Unopened board games and non-TCG products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Opened products may only be returned if defective or if otherwise required by law.


Preorders

Preorders reserve future inventory and are subject to manufacturer and distributor availability.

Approved preorder cancellations may be issued as store credit at Zenith TCG's discretion.

If Zenith TCG is unable to fulfill a preorder, customers will receive a refund or store credit equal to the amount paid.


Event Registrations

Event registrations are refundable as store credit until the scheduled event start time.

Once an event has begun, no refunds or store credit will be issued for missed attendance.

If Zenith TCG cancels an event, affected customers will receive a full refund or store credit.


Store Credit

Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Has no cash value except where required by law
  • Is non-transferable
  • May not be redeemed for cash

Store credit issued in error or obtained through fraud, abuse, or policy violations may be adjusted or removed.
