Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Zenith TCG website, retail store, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Account Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits, promotional restrictions, allocation policies, or other store policies is prohibited and may result in order cancellation, account suspension, loss of store credit, or permanent account termination.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Zenith TCG reserves the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or limit any order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability issues
• Pricing errors
• Fraud prevention
• Violation of store policies
• Distributor allocation reductions
• Suspected reseller abuse
• Circumvention of purchase limits

Payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance of an order.

Product Availability and Allocations

Many trading card game products are distributed through allocation systems controlled by manufacturers and distributors.

Zenith TCG reserves the right to reduce quantities, partially fulfill orders, cancel orders, or otherwise modify purchases prior to shipment if product allocations, inventory levels, or business requirements change.

Customers acknowledge that allocations may occur even after an order has been accepted.

Preorders

Preorders are intended to reserve future product and are subject to manufacturer and distributor allocations.

Release dates, quantities, product contents, and availability may change without notice.

Preorder purchases are considered final upon placement.

Zenith TCG may, at its sole discretion, approve cancellation requests prior to shipment. Any approved cancellation may be refunded as store credit, less any applicable processing or administrative fees.

Zenith TCG reserves the right to reduce quantities or cancel preorder items if distributor allocations are lower than expected.

Prices are locked at the time an order is placed. Zenith TCG is not obligated to honor future promotional pricing, market price changes, or pricing adjustments.

Purchase Limits

Purchase limits may apply to certain products, promotions, or events.

Customers may not use multiple accounts, alternate identities, family members, forwarding services, or other methods to bypass purchase limits.

Violation of purchase limits may result in:

• Order cancellation
• Removal from future allocations
• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination

Singles and Card Condition Standards

Trading card singles sold by Zenith TCG are graded according to Zenith TCG's interpretation of applicable industry standards, including TCGplayer condition guidelines where applicable.

Condition assessments remain solely at Zenith TCG's discretion.

Minor differences in condition interpretation do not constitute product defects.

Customers should review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Store Credit

Store credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Store credit does not expire.

Store credit may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between customer accounts without Zenith TCG's approval.

Zenith TCG reserves the right to adjust, revoke, or remove store credit issued in error, obtained through abuse, or associated with fraudulent activity.

Trade-Ins

Trade-in transactions are governed by Zenith TCG's Trade-In Policy.

Upon acceptance of a trade-in transaction, all terms outlined in the Trade-In Policy apply.

Event Registrations

Event registration fees are generally non-refundable.

Customers who cannot attend an event may request store credit prior to the event start time.

Zenith TCG reserves the right to determine eligibility for store credit refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Event participation, prize support, seating, scheduling, and event structure may change without notice.

Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when an order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Zenith TCG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Claims regarding lost, damaged, or missing shipments must be submitted promptly after delivery status updates.

In-Store Pickup

Orders selected for in-store pickup must be collected within a reasonable period of time.

Zenith TCG reserves the right to cancel abandoned pickup orders and issue store credit or refunds at its discretion.

Government-issued identification may be required for pickup.

Fraud Prevention

Zenith TCG reserves the right to verify customer information, require additional identification, limit payment methods, or cancel orders suspected of fraud.

Orders associated with chargebacks, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or policy violations may result in permanent account restrictions.

User Content

Customers who submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content grant Zenith TCG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use such content in connection with its business.

Zenith TCG reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Zenith TCG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenith TCG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of its products, services, website, or retail operations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

Zenith TCG may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
