To maintain the integrity and fairness of our trading card game products, all sales are final. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on opened or sealed TCG products. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

Estimated ship dates are based on the manufacturer's announced street date and are subject to our distributors delivering product on time. Delays outside of our control may result in your order shipping later than the estimated date.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be held and shipped together when the pre-order item is available. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Pre-orders are considered final. While we reserve the right to cancel any pre-order at our sole discretion, we cannot guarantee that we will honor customer requests to cancel pre-orders once they have been placed.
